After the tutor marks a lesson completed, the family has 48 hours to raise anything before the money releases.

The agreed day and time each week. Changing it needs the other side to accept.

Extra lesson加课
A lesson outside the weekly time, asked for and paid separately.

Pause暂停
A break of up to 60 days with nothing billed and the slot kept.
最长 60 天的暂停：不收费，时段保留。
Cancellation取消
Calling off a paid lesson. With more than 48 hours’ notice it is refunded; with less, the other side is asked first.
取消已付款的课程。提前 48 小时以上取消可退款；不足 48 小时需先征得对方同意。
Mark completed标记完成
The tutor’s confirmation that a lesson took place, which starts the 48-hour window.
